Oklahoma Assets
Cardinal’s Oklahoma assets are located in Atoka, Coal, Hughes, and Pittsburg counties. The assets gather, treat, dehydrate, process, and compress natural gas produced from the Arkoma Woodford shale.
- Cardinal owns a 60% interest in Centrahoma Processing LLC, a joint venture with MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE). Centrahoma owns and operates two cryogenic processing plants with 100 MMcfd of processing capacity and a NGL pipeline that connects the two plants located in Coal and Atoka counties.
- Cardinal has installed an additional cryogenic processing plant in Coal County for an additional 120 MMCfd of capacity. This plant is 100% owned by Cardinal. With the new plant, Cardinal is the largest cryogenic processor in the Arkoma Woodford.
- The Northern Front System is located in Atoka, Coal, and Hughes counties, and consist of approximately 46 miles of gathering pipelines (4”-16” pipeline), 12,500 HP of compression providing approximately 130 MMcfd of gathering.
- The East Rockpile Gathering System is located in Pittsburg County and consists of approximately 22 miles of gathering pipelines (6”- 12” pipeline), and 250 GPM amine treating plant, and 42 MMcfd of compression capacity. Installation of additional gathering, treating, and compression capacity is planned as volumes increase.
